Interiors approach recognized in the magazine's Senior Living category
We are thrilled to announce that Inspir Carnegie Hill has won Interior Design's 2021 Best of Year Awards, one of the design industry's most respected design awards programs! Congratulations to the team!
Inspir's interiors were designed with nature as the focal point with access to the outdoors intertwined throughout every floor. The building's architecture creates a simple elegance and order that acts as a framework for allowing the outdoors inside and connecting residents with the outdoors and natural light: an essential value, especially for those living in the city.
Inside, a two-story lobby is flanked by reception and lobby café areas, which sets the tone for the interior material expression. A series of slatted oak wood and glass screen walls separate the lobby and dining rooms, energized by two-story gardens in the lobby café and east dining room and a display kitchen with counter seating and a wine wall in the main dining room. Residents’ units are designed to maximize natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows, elegant finishes customized for residents' needs with quality and luxury such as built-in kitchenettes, wardrobes and display niches, marble bathrooms and natural wood floors.
