Located in Bonifacio Global City in Manila, Handel Architects’ One Bonifacio High Street was designed for developer Ayala Land Premier. The 1.6 million SF (148,650 m2) mixed-use project broke ground last month, and includes a 63-story luxury residential tower, a 291,000 SF (27,000 m2) retail mall, and a 27-story office tower (pictured above), which will house the Philippine Stock Exchange.
