OZMA receives an Honorable Mention in the Multifamily Housing category.

We are excited to share that OZMA has been recognized with an honorable mention by the AIA DC Washingtonian Residential Design Awards jury.

The through-block multifamily residential development in DC's NoMA neighborhood is characterized by a striking facade that pairs bronze vertical banding with green accents for a distinctive visual punch. Inside, OZMA is characterized by unconventional geometries and bold material combinations, turning columns into set pieces, passageways into immersive art, and shared spaces into moments of discovery. A series of pocket parks line the building's perimeter, while a rooftop offers landscaped gardens, lounges, and a pool have sweeping views of the city.

OZMA is a LEED Gold-certified project.
