We thrilled that Sendero Verde is a Metropolis Magazine 2025 Planet Positive Award winner! The project was the only multifamily award winner, recognized for the positive impact that it has on the lives of the hundreds of people that live there. According to the magazine, "Sendero Verde demonstrates that large-scale affordable housing can achieve sustainability, wellness, and high-quality design without prohibitive costs."
