The Bellslip is Handel Architects' newest multifamily building to complete in Greenpoint Landing.

The Bellslip includes 414 luxury rental units, 124 of which are designated affordable. The 30-story tower and podium have been sited to maintain view corridors to the waterfront, while offering the building’s residents spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline.

The Bellslip is accented with a lighter brick than its neighbors (One Blue Slip and Two Blue Slip) while still maintaining its industrial look & feel.
