We're excited to unveil The Eastern, our newest residential tower in LA! The 34-story tower will sit on the eastern border of Beverly Hills and include nearly 250 residences above parking and ground floor restaurants. Planters integrated with the garage screen allow greenery to spill outward. Above, the tower’s stepped design creates opportunities for outdoor space and amazing views.

The material palette draws inspiration from LA’s mid-century modern architecture, featuring warm wood tones, brass and antique gold accents, white concrete slab edges, and dark bronze metallic finishes. The ground floor showcases expansive floor-to-ceiling glass framed by decorative arched screens that highlight key architectural elements. Above, a vertical screen layered over dark bronze louvres wraps the podium, concealing parking levels. The exposed white concrete slab edges visually tie to the horizontality of the tower above, while the screen’s apertures are articulated to reveal cascading greenery, connecting the lush amenity deck above to the street-level landscape. Above, the tower is clad in floor-to-ceiling glass wrapped by continuous white concrete balconies and glass railings. Terraces step back along the west end to form an elegant curving profile.
