Link Apartments QPN tops out in Long Island City, Queens

New tower will add over 400 apartments to Long Island City.

The Queens Plaza North team recently celebrated the topping out of a new 26-story mixed-use residential tower, called Link Apartment QPN. When complete, the project will bring 417 new units to the neighborhood, with 30% designated affordable.

The design draws inspiration from the industrial warehouse structures that previously lined the Queens waterfront and will be expressed in ironspot brick with a varied fenestration pattern. Residents will enjoy top-line amenities including indoor and outdoor spaces for coworking and lounging as well as fitness and wellness facilities including a swimming pool that enjoys views of the city skyline.

Congratulations to our client, Grubb Properties, and to the Handel team of Frank Fusaro, Honyi Wang, Joseph Kim, Fauzan Wassil, Jaewon Heo, Behzad Gharehjanloo, Alfred To, Julia Tadei, Veeris Vanichtantikul, Lindsey Sinisi and Angela Liu!
