We are excited to introduce The Set, our newest residential tower to complete in New York City.

The Set sits on Manhattan's West Side, on the edge of Hudson Yards and south of Hell's Kitchen. The tower uses vertical bands of terra cotta in a bronze finish to create a warm, residential feel, and visually connect the tower to the low-rise brick buildings nearby. 

The Set is a unique model, it combines 270 fully furnished units with the services of a 5-star hotel, including weekly housekeeping, daily package and grocery delivery, laundry and dry cleaning services, smart home customization, and room service.
