The Handel project team attended the ceremonial ribbon-cutting alongside Mayor Muriel Bowser and other local officials.
Our project Colette at The Stacks celebrated its opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, which was attended by the Handel project team. Colette is one of the three newly opened buildings making up Phase I of The Stacks, a six-acre pedestrian-focused development in the Buzzard Point neighborhood of Washington, D.C.’s southwest waterfront. Colette includes both traditional and co-living units, with access to 90,000 square feet of amenities shared across the development’s three buildings, including two rooftop pools, coworking and lounge areas, a game room, a pet spa, indoor and outdoor terraces with firepits, as well as panoramic waterfront views.
Congratulations to our clients, Akridge and National Real Estate Advisors, and to all of our collaborators. Great work to the Handel project team of Gary Handel, Amar Sen, PJ Ross, Jonathan Morefield, Kentaro Tsuboi, Robin Zhang, Meari Kim, Daxi Qu, Ai Teng, Bezhad Gharehjanloo, Benjamin Novacinski, and Ashton Kidd.
