Tower 3 will bring nearly 600 new residences to Journal Square, New Jersey.

The Journal Squared team recently celebrated the topping out of the final tower at Journal Squared, a transformational development located just outside of New York City. The 60-story tower now stands at 639 feet, and brings the full 2.3 million-square-foot residential and retail project close to completion.

The third tower will offer 18,000 square feet of amenities to Journal Squared, which is in addition to the nearly 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities spread throughout the first two towers and shared by all residents.

The building is expected to complete in the first quarter of 2024.
