This month, we were thrilled to join our client United Construction and Development Group for the groundbreaking ceremony for Vera, one of our new projects in Long Island City. Vera is the first of two buildings planned for the site and will feature over 500 condominium units, while the second building will provide nearly 100 affordable housing units. Excavation and foundation work for Vera are expected to continue through late winter, with construction of the building’s podium scheduled to begin in spring 2027.
