Building officially Passive House certified by the Passive House Institute (PHI).

Winthrop Center in Boston is now Passive House Certified, according to an announcement by Germany-based PHI, making it the world's largest Passive House project. The project includes 812,000 square feet of Class A office space, 317 luxury residences, and a large public space at the ground floor, dubbed "The Connector."

We're grateful to our client, Millennium Partners, and the many partners we've worked with along the way to accomplish this HUGE milestone, including Suffolk Construction, Steven Winter Associates, DeSimone Consulting Engineers, WSP, and many others.
