50+55 Hudson Street is a new two-tower residential project on the Jersey City waterfront. The project includes nearly 2,000 residential units, retail, parking, and a publicly accessible plaza.

The new towers, at 48-stories and 58-stories, will feature prominently on the Jersey City skyline. 55 Hudson, now under construction, is the taller of the two and is one block in from the waterfront, while 55 Hudson will front onto the Hudson River Walkway and the Hudson River. Each tower takes up a full city block.

As part of the development, a new 32,000-square-foot public plaza will span the distance between the two buildings and provide access to the waterfront esplanade. Indoor and outdoor amenities will include an indoor basketball court and fitness spaces, an assortment of lounge and gaming spaces, outdoor pool, garden area, and grilling stations. The top floor of 55 Hudson will feature an amenity space that includes indoor and outdoor lounge areas with spectacular views.
