Located in Taipei City, Taiwan, the Left Bank Master Plan is a 112 acre (45 hectare) waterfront site. The plan includes a mix of residential and retail uses in over 25 midrise buildings.

The plan arranges the towers around parks and plazas to create a hub for connectivity and public access. Towers are organized to take advantage of views, while creating a lively streetscape experience through activated podiums and screened parking. An existing dike is turned into a park with the use of a green berm, and includes space for outdoor sculpture displays, plazas, and playgrounds.
