The Stock Exchange Tower presents an inflected glazed “frontpiece” to the main commercial avenue.

Located in Bonifacio Global City in Manila, the new Philippine Stock Exchange tower is a 30-story office building that unifies trading floors which were previously located at separate sites in Manila. Designed for Ayala Land Premier, the 538,000 sq. ft. (50,000 m2) glass tower is part of a multi-building mixed-use project along Bonifacio High Street, a shopping and dining area that also includes the Shangri-La at the Fort and The Suites at One Bonifacio High Street. Taken together, the projects mark a milestone in the decades-long transformation of this neighborhood from a US Army base to one of the city's most prestigious destinations.

The tower presents an inflected glazed “frontpiece” to the main commercial avenue with a spine expressed with deep vertical ribs for solar control. Its materials and massing are intended to be complementary to the Shangri-La and The Suites, and all three buildings are connected by interior courts that create the effect of a multi-level urban plaza flanking a shared pedestrian retail corridor.
