Riverwalk Point is designed to fit within the brick context of Roosevelt Island.

Riverwalk Point is a 22-story residential building on Roosevelt Island in New York City. The building is designed to fit into the masonry vernacular of the existing building stock on Roosevelt Island, while also being forward looking to reflect the newer architecture of the Cornell Tech campus nearby. Riverwalk Point includes 266 units, many of which have great views of Manhattan.

Interiors feature desert oak plank flooring. Custom kitchens include dark walnut cabinetry, sleek chrome hardware, pure white quartz countertops and ample pantry space. White ceramic tile covers bathrooms walls, with marble vanity tops and custom medicine cabinets. All apartments feature stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and resident-controlled heating and air conditioning.
