Valley View Park is 239-unit luxury rental community in East Hanover, New Jersey offering one, two, and three-bedroom residences. The project includes extensive landscaped grounds, a central clubhouse with a community great room, party room with fireplace, fitness center, yoga room, and children’s playrooms. Buildings are arranged in clusters to foster a sense of community and with enough open sp­­ace to create visual corridors and allow for privacy.

A central loop road connects all of buildings, with secondary roads branching off. Well-defined pedestrian pathways promote walkability. The architecture offers a contemporary perspective on the traditional silhouettes found on historic buildings in East Hanover, Morris County, and Long Island. Material palettes were selected to integrate the new buildings within the natural landscape, but still provide enough variety to distinguish one building from the next and make each one feel special.
