1800 Avenue is a new for sale residential building just steps from the Hudson River in Weehawken, New Jersey. The project is officially under construction, and when complete will include 282 luxury units, extensive indoor and outdoor amenities, and a new pedestrian plaza. The design takes inspiration from the river, with curved corners, fluid metal banding, and smooth glazing throughout.
