New Two-Tower Project Will Bring Nearly 650 Residential Units

The Halletts Point team recently celebrated the topping out of the 20-30 site, a two-tower development on the East River. 20-30 Halletts Point is a critical part of New York City’s reclamation of its waterfronts, an effort that is happening throughout the five boroughs as formerly industrial areas are converted to residential.
