Congratulations to our friends at Nasser Freres for receiving planning board approval for 2861 Kennedy Blvd in Jersey City! This project will replace a two-story retail development with a 55-story mixed-use residential tower that includes 840 apartments (84 of which are designated affordable), a host of amenities including an outdoor pool, and a new national grocer in the curved podium.
