Handel Architects’ new 40-story residential tower, 340 Fremont, is located in the Rincon Hill district of San Francisco and includes 348 units. Designed for Archstone / Jackson Pacific, the building also includes generous amenities in a 9-story podium, including a fitness center, yoga room, owner’s lounge, business center, game room, and pet grooming. 340 Fremont completed San Francisco’s Planning Reviews and Approvals process and is slated to begin construction in 2013.
