New Residential For Sale Tower Includes 89 For Sale Units

Juan Hua is Handel Architects' newest luxury residential tower to open in Taiwan. The tower has been designed to take advantage of views to a greenbelt to the south as well as a garden immediately adjacent to the east. The tower also sits within in its own massive garden, which is rare in this dense, urban context.

The façade pattern was modeled off of the site's historic farmland pattern and is designed to reflect the concept of "harvest" and the enjoyment of a lifestyle that is in tune with nature. This is expressed through warm-colored metal frames which are stretched multiple floors. Projected frames provide outdoor shading while creating depth to the facade, which ties to the exposed structure.
