Project takes Silver Award in Development & Design: Low Rise category

We are excited to announce that 950 Tennessee has been named a 2021 winner by Multi-Housing News! The project was recognized for its design approach which breaks the building into two components - one residential in texture and the other more industrial, reflecting the variety in the immediate project vicinity. The ground level on all sides is activated by residences, each with its own stained wood panel door and transom window to provide a residential feel for both passers-by and those who live here.

Inside, the lobby welcomes residents with polished concrete floors, warm oak textures, and brass accents. The residential corridors are warm in overall tone, with a 3-color custom carpet, Herringbone accents in the wallcovering, and dark baseboards. Residential units offer a lighter color palette, with natural materials expressed through neutral tones and clean lines.
