40 students from Clemson University visited Handel Architects' New York office as part of their ongoing studio on urban design.

Last week, Handel Architects welcomed a full house of Clemson University’s 3rd year architecture students to the NYC offices as part of their annual trip to the city. During the visit, Gary Handel, Stephen Sheng, and Solène Clavel presented a series of Handel projects in the Lower East Side, Jersey City, and Miami with urban design stories, followed by a Q&A and discussion.

Afterward, Venessa Restrepo and Solène led office tours, where students got to see physical models from the projects discussed, including wind study model from Santander and in-house mockups of the Mother Emanuel memorial.
