The Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU) is an international nonprofit organization working to build vibrant communities where people have diverse choices for how they live, work, and get around. The 2019 awards recognize architecture, planning, development and landscape designs that offer choices for affordable housing, a lively mix of uses, and public space in a wide variety of settings.

Handel Architects' The Essex is the largest building of the Essex Crossing development and part of the Phase 1 award winners. Congratulations to everyone involved!
