33-Story Tower is Taking Shape in Hell’s Kitchen / Times Square Neighborhood.

The facade is reaching to top at 312 West 43rd Street, Handel Architects' 350,000 sq.ft. mixed-use residential building located in New York City. The project will include 330 luxury rental units as well as over 40,000 sq.ft. of retail space.

The bronze, double-story curtainwall is faceted, which creates a moiré pattern as the building rises.

Inside, residents will enjoy over 30,000 sq.ft. of wellness-centric amenity space including private gardens, rooftop pool, spa areas, and a fitness center.
