The Noble is officially open in Philadelphia, bringing 360 rental units and a new flagship space for City Fitness to the city’s Northern Liberties neighborhood. Located next to SEPTA's Spring Garden Station, The Noble links the Northern Liberties and Old City neighborhoods and includes a tree-lined public plaza at the ground level.
