New two-tower residential development in Queens includes significant number of affordable units.

Handel Architects teamed up with Gotham Organization and Riseboro Community Partnership in 2016 to win a city-issued RFP at Hunters Point South in Queens. With over 1,100 units – 75% of which are designated as affordable – Gotham Point is a model for mixed-income development in New York City.
