The Noble has brought 360 rental units and a new flagship space for City Fitness to the city’s Northern Liberties neighborhood. The L-shaped building features a gently curving cornice that holds the corner of Spring Garden and North 2nd Street. Along Spring Garden, the upper levels are suspended above tree-like metal supports.
