Building is Now the World's Largest Passive House Student Residence, Largest Passive House Building in Canada

We are thrilled to announce that Harmony Commons at the University of Toronto Scarborough is officially Passive House certified, making it the largest Passive House certified student residence in the world, as well as the largest Passive House building in Canada. We are grateful to the University for their climate-forward approach to design and construction.
