We are excited to share that Link Apartments QPN won first place at this year’s AIA Queens Design Awards! The 26-story tower in Long Island City is designed as a slender tower atop a block-wide podium using a dark brick facade with a repeating pattern of alternating sized windows. The tower brick frames enormous glass windows that look both west to Manhattan and east to the quickly growing LIC skyline. A glass reveal cuts through the podium vertically and marks the accessible entrance to the subway station, which can be reached via a bridge connection.
