Project is the largest-ever office-to-residential conversion in the city.

Last week we joined our client Post Brothers, Mayor Muriel Bowser, and many other incredible partners to break ground on The Geneva, Washington, D.C.’s largest-ever office-to-residential conversion. When complete, The Geneva will deliver nearly 550 new residences and 60,000 SF of commercial space across two towers. Congratulations to our client and to everyone involved in this historic project!
