Millennium Partners $630 million Millennium Tower Boston broke ground this week in Downtown Crossing, Boston. The 1.4 million sq. ft. mixed-use development includes a 625-foot tower, plus the renovation and restoration of the landmark 1912 Burnham Building, next door. The tower will include 450 luxury residences and 95,000 sq. ft. of retail.
