Handel Architects’ new building for The Boston Conservatory, named Ipswich Studios, is now under construction in the Fenway neighborhood in Boston. The three-story, 20,000 SF building will house a large orchestra rehearsal hall, new dance studios and some of the specialized instruction and practice spaces needed by the Conservatory. Utile, Inc. is acting as Architect of Record.
