595 Dean Street opens in Brooklyn bringing nearly 800 residential units to the neighborhood

We are excited to announce the opening of 595 Dean Street in Brooklyn!

595 Dean Street is part of a master plan that is bringing thousands of new residences, retail, and public open space to the growing Prospect Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn. The project includes two towers with 798 homes, 240 of which are designated affordable. 595 Dean is between other new multifamily high-rises that have recently been constructed along Carlton and Vanderbilt Avenues to the west and east. As part of the master plan, Pacific Street will be absorbed and replaced with a new public park, on which the towers will front. Pedestrian walkways will traverse the park and major entrances to the park are located between the building parcels. The park will include a water feature, playgrounds, and a new “great lawn” for residents and visitors to enjoy. Congratulations to TF Cornerstone and all of our partners on this project.
