Inspir's interiors are designed with nature as the focal point.

Inspir Carnegie Hill interiors are designed with nature as the focal point with access to the outdoors intertwined throughout every floor. Handel Architects created a new concept in urban senior living based on the importance of connecting residents with the outdoors and natural light; an essential value, especially for those living in the city.

Looking out onto the activity of 2nd Avenue and flooded with natural light, the two-story lobby is flanked by reception and lobby cafe areas. This serene space sets the tone for the interior material expression. A calm, neutral palette of ivory Roman travertine floors, white oak wood wall-paneling and white marble is accented with colors found in nature including planted gardens and green and yellow onyx stone feature walls. A series of slatted oak wood and glass screen walls separate the lobby cafe and dining rooms, energized by two-story gardens in the lobby cafe and east dining room and a display kitchen with counter seating and a wine wall in the main dining room.

Overlooking the lobby and gardens below are building amenity spaces including a library, screening room, an art room opening up to a terrace garden, an administrative suite as well as a salon and spa. At the center of the building is a park in the sky; a multi-function space bridging indoors and out with and an exterior walking path overlooking 2nd Ave and 93rd St. The space includes a copper clad bar as well as oak wood paneled private function and living room spaces for residents, families and caregivers to gather; a one of a kind space in keeping with the Inspir brand of connecting people with the outdoors. Residents’ units are designed to maximize natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows, elegant finishes customized for residents' needs with quality and luxury such as built-in kitchenettes, wardrobes and display niches, marble bathrooms and natural wood floors.
