Harry Solie, AIA
Senior Associate
Harry Solie is a Senior Associate in Handel Architects’ Boston office, which he joined in 2021. His project experience spans across typologies ranging from mixed-use residential, higher education, commercial high-rise and life sciences. He is currently serving as the Project Architect for 4 Harbor, a 400,000 sq. ft. commercial life science building designed as Phase 2 of a life science development located in Boston’s Seaport neighborhood.
Prior to joining Handel Architects, Harry was an Project Architect at Payette in Boston, where he oversaw the construction of a 265,000 sq. ft. high-rise lab building. Other projects at Payette include a 127,000 sq. ft. STEM education center for UNC Charlotte and a collaboration with DCAMM on a new state of the art STEM center for Cape Cod Community College, which included a re-envisioning of the current campus’s existing open spaces. Harry previously worked at CBT Architects, where he was involved in the design of a new 400,000 sq. ft. Class-A office building in Boston’s Seaport neighborhood.
Harry graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and received his Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan. He is a licensed architect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
