Kevin Samuels
Associate Principal
Kevin Samuels is an Associate Principal with a broad range of design experience. Since joining Handel Architects In 1998, he has worked on dozens of projects worldwide, providing specific expertise in efficient floorplan and unit design. Mr. Samuels advises teams on trends in residential layouts and innovative approaches to multi-family residential living.
Mr. Samuels is currently overseeing the completion of Winthrop Center in Boston’s Financial District, the project is now the world's largest Passive House building.
Previous work includes a variety of projects in Boston including the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Residences, Millennium Tower, One Charles, and Millennium Place. In New York City, Mr. Samuels worked on 400 Park Avenue South in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood and The Caledonia in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood. In Washington, DC he worked on Vio & Incanto on the newly redone Southwest waterfront. Overseas work includes the Shangri-La at the Fort Hotel & Residences in Manila and the Rosewood Hotel & Residences in Abu Dhabi.
