Handel Architects' Latest Multifamily Residential Tower in NYC Is Now Underway.

We're excited to see our newest multifamily residential tower has begun construction in New York City. Riverwalk 9, designed for The Related Companies and The Hudson Companies, will include 253 residences, 104 of which will be reserved for employees of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK). Indoor amenities will include a fitness center and basketball court, and outdoor amenities will include a dog run and grilling areas.

Riverwalk 9 is Handel Architects' third project in the Riverwalk series, following Riverwalk 7 and Riverwalk Park.
