"San Francisco’s Downtown: What Does the Future Hold?" is free and open to the public.
On Tuesday, February 28th, Handel Architects Principal Jim Hakes will participate in a panel discussion on the future of San Francisco's downtown, organized by the Bay Area law firm Farella Braun + Martel.
As office workers continue to flee the downtown financial district for work from home policies, previously populated high rise office towers are being forced to reinvent themselves, possibly with conversion of commercial spaces into residential.
Jim will be joined in the conversation with Farella's CJ Higley, Mark Babsin of Emerald Fund, Sujata Srivastava of SPUR, and Anne Taupier of the San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development.
