New multi-family project will include 28 units.

The Belvedere, a new 28-unit project in the Cow Hollow neighborhood of San Francisco, is quickly approaching the finish line, as scaffolding comes down from both front and rear facades.

The front façade, on Van Ness, is composed of champagne colored metal panel at the butterfly windows and a charcoal fiber cement panel wrapping around the window bays. The back façade uses the same color scheme, but with exterior plaster. Project completion is targeting the end of October or early November!
