ULI Washington’s prestigious Awards for Excellence program celebrates outstanding contributions to the built environment.

We are thrilled to announce that The Stacks was recognized as a project finalist in ULI Washington's 2026 Awards for Excellence! Our project, Colette at The Stacks, is one of three buildings making up the seven-acre pedestrian-focused development in the Buzzard Point neighborhood of Washington, DC’s southwest waterfront. Colette includes both traditional and co-living units, and access to 90,000 square feet of amenities shared across the development’s three buildings.
