Chun Hsu
Senior Associate
Chun Hsu is a Senior Associate at Handel Architects, which he joined in 2004. His work has focused on construction administration and technical coordination for a variety of project types in New York City. Current work includes leading the construction administration for The Bell Slip, a 414-unit multifamily residential tower in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint neighborhood. Previously he led the construction administration for Two Blue Slip, a nearby tower in Greenpoint, which has 421 for-rent units. Mr. Hsu also served as Technical Coordinator for The Easton, a luxury residential building built for The Related Companies on the Upper East Side, which also included a new elementary school for The Windward School.
Prior to that, he worked on 34 Desbrosses Street, a 291-unit residential rental building on Manhattan’s West Side in Tribeca, and the Residences at the Ritz-Carlton, a 270-unit luxury condo building in Downtown Philadelphia.
