    Ihnil Kim

    Senior Associate

    Ihnil Kim is a Senior Associate and Senior Designer at Handel Architects, which he joined in 2019. He is currently the Project Lead for the Howard Hughes Corporation’s new Lakefront Residential development, located in Columbia, Maryland. The project includes over 208 luxury residential units. Previously Mr. Kim led the façade design for 35 Commercial Street in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint neighborhood. He was also a Project Designer for Related Companies’ new 365-unit residential building located on Roosevelt Island in Manhattan.

    Prior to joining Handel Architects, Mr. Kim was a Project Designer at Steinberg Hart in Los Angeles, where he worked focused on student housing and high-rise residential projects. He also previously worked in Arquitectonica's New York office as an Associate, where he was involved in a variety of high-end high-rise residential work.

    Mr. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from UCLA and a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
