    PJ Ross AIA NCARB

    Senior Associate

    PJ Ross is a Senior Associate at Handel Architects, which he joined in 2014. His focus has been on the Construction Administration for a number of large-scale multi-family buildings in New York City and Washington, DC. Currently he is completing the Construction Administration at Madison House in New York City, which includes nearly 200 luxury residences.

    Previously he led the Construction Administration for DC Crossing in Washington, DC, a 1M sq. ft. residential project for Tishman Speyer. Prior to that Mr. Ross led the Construction Administration for Handel Architects’ 392-unit residential building at 525 West 52nd Street for Taconic and Ritterman Capital; the project opened in 2017 and includes an extensive amenity package.

    Before joining Handel, Mr. Ross worked for ten years as a Project Manager at Elkus|Manfredi Architects on residential and mixed-use projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
