Senior Associate

PJ Ross is a Senior Associate at Handel Architects, which he joined in 2014. His focus has been on the construction administration for a number of large-scale multi-family buildings in the New York City and Washington, DC metro areas. Currently he is leading the construction administration for Handel Architects' luxury waterfront development in Weehawken, New Jersey, called 1800 Avenue.

Previously he led the construction administration for the 391-unit multifamily project The Stacks in DC. Prior to that he led the firm's construction administration efforts at Madison House in New York City, which includes nearly 200 luxury residences. He also oversaw the construction administration for Crossing DC in Washington, DC, which is a 1M sq. ft. residential project for Tishman Speyer. Prior to that Mr. Ross led the Construction Administration for Handel Architects’ 392-unit residential building at 525 West 52nd Street in New York City for Taconic and Ritterman Capital; the project opened in 2017 and includes an extensive amenity package.

Before joining Handel, Mr. Ross worked for ten years as a Project Manager at Elkus|Manfredi Architects on residential and mixed-use projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
