Changhee Park

Senior Associate

Changhee Park is a Senior Associate at Handel Architects, which he joined in 2018. His experience includes working on a variety of prominent commercial office and multifamily residential projects. Current work includes serving as Job Captain for the Banco Santander Office Tower, a 50-story, 1.6 million-square-foot mixed-use skyscraper currently under construction in the Brickell Financial District of Miami.

Recent work includes serving as Senior Designer for 20 & 30 Halletts Point, a two-building residential development located on the Astoria, Queens waterfront in New York City. The project is LEED Platinum and won first place in the AIA Queens Design Awards.

Previously Mr. Park worked on Vine Street, a 360-unit residential project in Philadelphia for The Durst Organization; OZMA Residences, a 275-unit residential project in Washington, DC for Skanska; and 88 M Street, which is the second phase of Skanska's OZMA project.

Prior to joining Handel Architects, Mr. Park worked on the design for the Waldorf Astoria in New York with Skidmore, Owings and Merrill and interior design for multiple residential and hospitality projects including 19 Dutch in New York, 150 Van Ness in San Francisco, Hotel NIA in Silicon Valley and Sheraton Grand Hotel in Los Angeles with McCartan.

Mr. Park graduated from Pratt Institute with a Masters of Architecture.
